I never quite know what to do with one vertical photo, and one horizontal photo. I trimmed the top picture to make it a little more square and feel more balanced. Who doesn't need their goggles when bike riding?!

Out of all the Easter pictures that I have from this year, this one really made me grin. The eggs are cut from a Sizzix die, and the sentiment was just calling my name for the layout!

Something New

 

These pictures have been calling my name since December. They are both 8x10 collages, and felt a little busy for too much embellishment. I applied the same format for both pages to simplify the process. Still some color and pattern, but tried to keep the focus on the photos.

I have been learning how to create sketches digitally, so plan on seeing more in the future:)
