I left my heart...

I took a quick trip to see my brother in northern California. My friend from Dallas also flew in. We had a really great time. Nice weather, pretty scenery, and great food. My bag did decide to take an extended vacation and go to Portland for some reason, but other than that- everything was peachy.

June Catch Up

I did a number on my computer. Took my hubby three days to clean out all the junk and viruses that have been making my computer go super slow. Now that i have it back I am trying to go through some pictures- gotta make room for more! The first two are layouts from the Scrapbook Sussies June kit.The rest are random tidbits from the past week or so.

Greasy Camera

Helping make daddy's birthday cake that eventually turned disastrous. Now it is going to be a trifle, work in progress!

I have had my primary camera for close to 4 years now, and decided to get it cleaned. I always have strange spots show up on my pictures, and can never get them off by cleaning my lens. So, I was informed that I have grease spots on the filter of the camera! And, there isn't much I can do about it. They primarily happen on Canon's and seem to get worse over time. It seems that the pictures are better, but I am bummed that no matter how well I take care of my equipment it is something that happens...
So anyways- been still trucking along with the half month long birthday bonanza. Her picture was done with my little point and shoot, needed it to go with the birthday invitations.
