Challenges for This Week

Create a shaped card something other then a square or rectangle.
I used the Indie Art cartridge to create a tape...I couldn't think of a sentiment, but my hubby did for me! This is my last Fantablous Cricut challenge as a design team member. It has been such a wonderful experience, and I feel so blessed to had been there from the beginning and see it grow! Robin and the entire crew are such a great group of ladies.

And, now for more fun!

This is my first week as a design team member over at These Are a Few of My Favorite Things!
The current challenge is -"These are a Few of My Favorite Features!"

I have a pile of pictures of the kids doing their famous picture faces! If they know I am taking a picture of them- the eyes close and the face gets all scrunchy. It totally cracks me up!

Be sure to play along, there is a prize pack from Bella Blvd! And. design team member is Diana is also doing a giveaway for this challenge on her blog.

GYSO #8

Ooh, go check out the sketch for GYSO #8!
This week is sponsored by Heather Ellis of Pure Innocence. I just adore image of the little guy with the egg!
I forgot about a picture that I had of Dante with his eggs last year. We brought some eggs with cars to a little egg hunt...So, he picked every one of the car eggs-what a stinker:)

Spring is in the Air

A few weeks back, a buddy and I scrapped for a few hours at local scrapbooking store. I spied these Easter tags, and knew immediately this would be a stress free way to make up a bunch of Easter cards! Card making is also a great way to use up scraps, play with punches, and use a few embossing folders:) Happy Friday!

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #47

Weather Forecast:
Make a project featuring your favorite seasonal weather (i.e. sun-summer, leaves-fall, snow-winter, rain-spring).

I used Straight From the Nest to make the pink cut out in the center of the page. So, I know this layout doesn't look super fall-ish, but Audrey's favorite color is pink so I just kinda ran with the fun colors! I sometimes like to make 8 1/2 x 11 pages, it is perfect for one photo layouts.

Happy Valentines Day!!

Love is in the Air

Scrapbook Circle is having a Weekend Warm up Challenge, the first challenge was to fussy cut something from their kit, I cut up the hearts from the February kit...I had been waiting for a while to scrap Audrey's first day of dance.

I made up a couple of tags for some Valentine gifts that I gave out. Let me tell you, I love the Mother's Day Bouquet cartridge. There are so many possibilities! My Gypsy died on me mid project last week, so I am patiently waiting the arrival of a new one. I forgot how to do allot of basic things on the Cricut!!

Have a lovely weekend:)

Share the Love! Fantabulous Cricut Crawl

Welcome to Crafty Go Lucky and the fourth Fantabulous Cricut Crawl
...Fantabulous Cricut's version of a blog hop!

Valentine's Day is in a week and everyone at Fantabulous Cricut has decided to Share the Love!   Each Design Team member will be featuring an original Valentine-themed project that includes the word LOVE somewhere on it.

If you've come from visiting Tanya at Nonna's Craft Corner, you're in the right place! If you've just happened across my blog and would like to play along with our Fantabulous Cricut Crawl, start HERE

Make sure to check out each DT member's blog for some awesome inspiration! There will be PRIZES along the way at some of our DT members' blogs, AND there will be a Grand Prize up for grabs at FCCB for one participant that submits a "Share the Love" project at FCCB!

How fun is that?

For my project...I used the Straight from the Nest cartridge for the purple heart...I just love that cartridge! This picture is from 2 years ago around Thanksgiving, but I think hearts can be used year round:)

Now for the fun part, a prize!! I have just started drinking iced mochas (and LOVE them!), that is the extent of my coffee drinking... So I  am going to give away a 10 dollar gift card to Starbucks. Just leave me a comment on this post!

Now it's your turn! Let's see your Share the Love projects!  Make sure to include a Cricut cut somewhere on your project and the word Love!

You are at the last stop of the crawl so head back over to ...Fantabulous Cricut to link up your project to FCCB's Fantabulous Cricut Crawl post to be entered into the contest!

Happy Crawling!

February Scrapbook Sussies

The February Scrapbook Sussies kit was such a joy to work with. I really think you can scrap a wide range of pictures with it. I even did some from Christmas, and Valentines:) It did look like there are add ons still available, the glitter bling flower frame was one of my favorite items.
Bundle up, it looks like allot of cold weather is coming through!
