Love is in the Air...or the Flu

It has been a rough past few days around here. The flu hit me and the little guy hard. I am finally feel somewhat normal again. Only after about 4 days of some major chilling and napping.
Here are a few more Valentine-ish goodies. Monday we got out allot of Valentine decorations. It is looking very lovey dovey!

We are part of a local MOMS Club, and have really enjoyed getting to know new mommies in the area. Since the fall, I have hosted a monthly craft time. We usually do some type of themed project, and for January we did a button craft. It evolved into a little corsage that you could use as decoration for a gift. It is always so much fun to see everyone's spin on the craft. The ladies are so creative! For February we are going to be altering little tin mailboxes from Target. They all did such a great job finding them, those puppies start to sell out as soon as they get them in the stores.

Oh yeah...

I have been working on Valentine cards. Here is the first of (hopefully) many.

Scrapping the Music Challenge #117

This song absolutely rocks! I saw an interview about the video, they just took a camera around town- playing the song while people were dancing in the streets, so cool.

Better Late than Never

I try really hard to send out thank you cards. Sometimes, it takes me a really long time to get them sent out. These were thank yous for Christmas gifts. I used the Cricut so I could mass produce them easily. It's the thought that counts, right?

Scrapping the Music Challenge #116

After I saw that this weeks song over at Scrapping the Music was the Golden Girls theme I had to give it a go. This was one of my favorite shows while growing up!
I have been saving this picture to scrap from our last camping trip. Our little trailer has traveled down the road and back again.

New Year News

I have some exciting news to share here! I have been chosen to be on the 2010 Organizing Design Team over at Simply Renee Inc. Clip It Up products are AWESOME, and I cannot wait to see what this creative bunch of gals will be sharing.

What is this bright blue jersey you are wondering? Well, we went to the Fiesta bowl last night. Lots of blue, orange, and some purple thrown in. Great game as usual, just no Statue of Liberty pass to end it this year.

January Scrapbook Sussies

It was such a blast playing with the January kit from Scrapbook Sussies! I was finally able to get around to decorating some little chalk boards for my kiddos rooms. Just the right size to add some little messages in chalk every once in a while.
