I had cut out a car to go along with the road, but in the end the road was enough for me! The cut is from Everyday Paper Dolls. Makes me want to listen to some Willie music ;)

Elle's Studio Sneaks!

Been Up to...

We went to northern California for a wedding last weekend. I was the photographer (along with my very helpful hubby!) So, this week has been an attempt to do housework, start a new preschool for Dante, edit photos, and get a little bit of scrapbooking done. All in all- a good week.

For this layout I used Create a Critter for the clouds, and Camp Out for the trees and sign. Camp Out is not a cartridge I use a whole lot, but I am starting to see more possibilities with it!

Ready to Decorate

I will be doing a review for CSN Stores in the coming weeks... I have some craft room redecoration to do, and I am going to use an adorable item from one of their many stores to help me out. CSN Stores has 200+ online stores where you can find everything from cookware to ceiling lights to furniture!

I also wanted to share that I have a post over at the Scrapbook Sussies blog, made some fun summer tags with the August kit.

I used Gypsy Wanderings for the sentiment and the scalloped ovals. I am really starting to enjoy making cards with a cute saying already done up! You never know when you will need an extra card to give to someone ;)

Elle's Studio Journaling Class

I wanted to let you all know about the upcoming journaling class over at Elle's Studio! There are going to be awesome scrapbookers leading the class! I know that journaling is one area that I seem to struggle with in scrapbooking, so I cannot wait for this! Also, check out the blinkies that you can add to your blogs. This is an invitation for a BBQ party. The apron came from Paper Dolls for Everyday, the pocket (a square stitched on) is from the Gypsy Font cartridge. The BBQ wording and the actual invitation are cuts from Old West. This was really fun to make!
