Dance Tag

 

Just a little tag for today! I hung this on a potted plant for Audrey's dance teacher on Valentine's day. I used the Twinkle Toes Cricut Cartridge, (one of my most favorite underused carts!)

Project Life- Week 4

 

Here is my week 4 photos.  I started to use more camera phone shots. I also love the Instagram pictures, but didn't want to wait to have the prints shipped to me. I figured out a trick to print the square within a 4x6 photo (through Picasa,) so I can get them printed at Walgreen's, and trim them down myself when I get home. Almost instant gratification!

I have loved seeing all the spring colors for fashion, especially the pastels.

Bee Card

Cricut Cardz Challenge 102 is to use some type of stitching on your card. Once I got this honeycomb paper, I knew I wanted to make a bee card. So, a little bit of blue stitching was added for fun:) The bee was from the Just Because Cards Cricut cartridge. It did have another layer to it, but decided not to add it, I like the blue hearts all by themselves!

We (I mean my husband;) ripped out our carpet on the stairs, and is in process of painting them. This makes me really happy. We have had the carpet for over ten years, and it was time to go. Eventually we are gonna get this house carpet free!

Better late than never, I guess! Even though the deadline passed for this challenge, I wanted to share. I used the sketch over at Once Upon A Sketch for this layout of my dad and little guy. It's what happens when the kids want to punch out hearts:)

Project Life- Week 3

Here is my week 3 PL. I am trying to make an effort to have pictures of myself, and a few of the hubby also(in upcoming weeks:)
Plugging away around here...We had such a sweet Valentine's Day. Lots of parties, candy, and a big cookie heart!

Nearing the End...Valentine Cards

 

This is the last round of love cards! Although, I have some shapes cut out from the Cricut that were ready to be made into cards. Maybe I will use them for Valentine's Day layouts. 

I have a small plastic box that stores all of my cards. I was discussing an upgrade in a card box with my husband. He has offered to build me a wooden one. I just gotta write out my specs for it! I am envisioning spray painting it, and making cute dividers for each holiday. A girl can dream;)
